Replacement CDs
Replacement CDs are $10.00, shipping and handling will be $7.95. This is available to customers who have purchased JDM within a year or have purchased an Annual Maintenance Agreement.

Maintenance Renewal
You can renew the Maintenance Agreement each year for only 20% of the software license fee.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation we will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on the Maintenance Agreement. There is no grace period for the cancellation.
