When you purchase a Maintenance Agreement, you will receive the following benefits:

- Configuration options
- Backing up and restoring data
- Errors or other bug reports
- Moving the software from one server to another
- Issueing new license keys or download links
- Free software updates/bugfixes as free downloads as they are released
Replacement CDs
Replacement CDs are $10.00, shipping and handling will be $7.95. This is available to customers who have purchased JDM within a year or have purchased an Annual Maintenance Agreement. Click here to order your replacement CD. Please note that orders will be verified for eligibility before shipment.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation we will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on the Maintenance Agreement. There is no grace period for the cancellation.
